He is giving out vouches to people when they give him 5k rsgp.

He said in the vouch "he is totally legit and fast" which has nothing to do with giving 5k. These are useless vouches. Do something to stop him please.

I dont know if you should do something about the person he gave the vouch to. he put it in his profile, and i guess it counts as a fake vouch, right? take it out of his profile or something?
