Help

Ok i dont know if this is the right section but whatever. I need help my brother spilled soda on laptop like a 3 mounths ago then we went on vaction now the laptop works fine but we use a plug in key board but the laptop j key will not stop typing. it keeps going jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj till u hit v on the laptop keyboard and it does it every 5 seconds help please. Can i disable the whole keyboard with out taking the comp apart detroying it or sending it in.

Click start

Type in 'Keyboard' and 'On screen keyboard' as well as just a regular 'Keyboard' option will appear.

Click the one titled 'Keyboard'

Go to Hardware > properties > select the key board > Driver > Disable

 

i try but it wont let me click disable... its like locked

 

try doing it on an admin account.

also if you are running vista then run it as the actual administrator not as computer administrator.
