need somehelp

hello its been 10 days and i cant open sythe website, its not a ban it just says like failed to load the website
not my computer, tried my other laptop, my iphone same thing
I think Sythe did something with my ip? maybe blocked my ip range?
well hopefully it can get fixed soon because i hate using hotspot shield its lag the shit out of me
ill pm an admin my ip and other info if needed, not gonna post my ip here
