Well I let this kid train my account nd its 2 def now

its 60 att 70 str 70 range 60 mage 2 def 43 pray
ne suggestions on wat i should do?

Rune Pure (60 Defense)
Barrows Pure (70 Defense)
PVP Pure (78 Defense)

U'll need to train your attack and strength accordingly though

 

'Pvp Pure' Lawls, if you do train def get 75 because DFS Pures are ftw, and just cause you have 2 def doesn't mean you are ruined as a pure, just means you will have +1 def over every other pure .

 

Keep it 2 defence.

2 defence does not effect the combat, you will remain the same level until 3.

 

most good pures have 2 defence+

you can't get a great pure without taking time, you can't take alot of time without making some mistakes/shit happening

2 Defense or 45 Defense if you really feel its horrible.

 

Uh, rune pure, or berserkers, are 45 defence, not 60.

I have a berserker, and he's really fun to skill on and stuff.

But, as someone else said, just because you have 2 defence doesn't mean you're a ruined pure. As long as it didn't level you up, you'll be fine, and even if it did, use a combat calulator to figure out which levels you could get before you level combat again.

 

2 defence doesn't effect combat at all. It doesn't effect any other levels as well.

I say keep it to 2, and if your really that upset about it, just get to 45.

 

1: rune pure is 40 def because thats what you need for rune,but i would recommend you just get it to 40 or 45,dont get it too high

^ this fails. Most people DON'T max out the stats. He's a long way from there (no offense) and right now, it has little effect on his current combat.

But look at it this way. When one door closes, another one opens. He might be God's angel sent to train your defense to 2 for a good reason

I guess it just wasn't meant to be and you can't keep moping around. The past is the past and it's time to look towards the future. You should just keep it at 2 (it really makes LITTLE-NO DIFFERENCE) or change the kind of pure you have. There's nothing wrong with a initiate, rune, zerker, barrows, etc pure. All of them are good in their own way and it's your choice now.

I didn't say it did, or ever WOULD effect his combat level, I was just showing mu-b that 2 defence can, infact, effect his combat level.

You based your 'point' on a calculator over 3 years old?

 

The age of the calculator has nothing to do with the combat formula.

Also, feel free to use the SwiftKit Combat Calculator, it shows the exact same thing. The combat formula is the same, no matter which calculator you use.

2 def is ugly but won't matter much- just leave it.

I don't think inititate is gona save him anytime soon. the only armor worth getting is rune, but i find it stupid to get 45 def at anything less than 85 strength since the other kids would be all 99 ranged and str and rip right thru ya.

 

if you got your pure to "44 prayer" you'd be 88 with the calculation above ^ and with the 2 def you'd still be 88 so its far off getting a free prayer level and a maxed pure =D
