    They did it to the spam forum. Why not the scam forum? I think it's pointless to get a post if you post in the report a scammer.

    No post count in Scam forum.
    They changed the post count rule there because people were constantly spamming the forum with spam reports, which gave them plus count. One cannot report 100 scammers in the time they could send in 100 spammer reports, which is why I believe it is like this.

    No post count in Scam forum.
    People still have to put effort into writing reports. No one's going to be abusing the report a scammer forum for post count.

    I don't think it really matters either way.
