edbah banned - mod abusing his power

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

1. Mod has locked my graphic thread 2 weeks for excessive bumping and banned me for "31 days"
2. I asked Andy if this punishment is too harsh since he said i have 2 infractions so far.
Once i get 5 infractions i should be banned for 3 days, 7 infractions = 7 days ban.
(This is written in sythe rules), and Andy banned me 31 days for "2 infractions".


3. When i started complaining about this he just wrote "actually the ban is permanent", because i am
ban evading user: @Menk
4. Here is the evidence from Andy of me ban evading which is such a big hoax.

First of all, my design and design from user @Menk, who doesn't even use transitions, movements is pretty bad.
The only similarity between my design and his is "RTFX Pack" effect that can be downloaded for free.We both use it.
"EVERY SINGLE DESIGNER ON THIS FORUM" is using RTFX Pack to make their graphics.
- Why aren't they banned for similarity?
- Why is there no rule about this? (graphics between designers cannot be similar)
- Is there no rule about this so mods can abuse their power by banning competition and leave designers that are maybe their friends & their own accounts?
- Other Mod says: "we can't just ban or punish people for using the same elements and tools" and i get Ban for this???

HUGE Similarity !!! between other designers that are not banned. (almost same design)
I am banned because i have used RTFX Pack same as @Menk designer, they claim i am ban evading since design is similar (which is hoax).
Every single designer is using this Pack.All other designers that use this Pack are not banned.
They even use same effects that are not "popular effects" that you can easy find by typing on youtube "after effects packs".

Only 1 similarity, he is using effects from famous RTFX PACK on few banners.The guy doesn't even use transitions, same glow as me nothing.
Watch now "almost same designs" from graphic designers that are not banned.

My opinion:They don't want to add any rule about this on purpose, so they can abuse their power by banning competition and leaving probably
their own accounts as gfx designers or their friends or people who pay them to ban competition.
By avoiding to add rule in gfx-market section, mod can ban anyone without any proof and all these bans are
based on their self-will.Enough good proof for this is, that forum has 604k registed users, 24/7 2000 + users online and only 12-15 designers???
There has been at least 35 designers but all of them have been stealthily,perfidious,one by one banned.(one by one to make it inconspicuous)

I have been checking their ban reasons, all of them are banned for the same reason as me "similar design"

- At the same time Andy banned designer @Yasar, i assume it's the same reason as me but i will ask him.
One more designer is banned @Awaisy, i have checked his ban reason, reason was same as mine "similar design"
- Why aren't all accounts from gfx-market banned then?
- Accounts that are not banned have "more than similar" design and they are not banned.
