Fletching guide (700k exp per hour)(big loss for fast exp)

This guide will achieve a massive 700k exp fletch per hour, although it costs 4-5gp per xp. (ALTHOUGH THIS GUIDE CAN BE DONE IN PVP/BH, THEREFORE MAKING NO LOSS)

Requirements:
-Somewhere between 50-99 fletch (not telling exactly) Would make it too easy
-One quest(generally easy)

Some common questions I believe that will be asked are answered below:
- Is it truely 700k exp per hour? No, it's 800-850k exp per hour, although a human can't be consistant, therefore less than that
- How fast is it per second? I can't give exact amount of exp per second, between 200-250 xp per second.
- Is it this, that? I can state the obvious, if your method can surpass 200xp+ per second, then it *might* be that, although this is generally not known.
- Is it by using a sacred clay tool on known fletching items? No, this guide doesn't require any sc tools nor anything from mini-games.
- Can this be done a pure(1 def 1 summon 1 pray?): YES BUT! The pure can't be a level a low level, it must have some combat stats!
