TehNextInLine, no response after payment. scam? =/

im new to all this so if there is anything im missing / should not have posted, please tell me. i do have some mixed feelings about this cuz im not absolutely sure he can help it. simply because he rarely lets someone down and hes like super trusted. im just worried because its my first time doing something on sythe through paypal.

how it happened/what happened:

i was looking for a fire cape service and i came across Yes Purple's thread, after discussing a time to take care of paypal n stuff, he didnt show up, after waiting for a day i thought i would look for someone else, so i tried TNL, after about one day he added me on msn, we talked about it and i was confident he would take care of everything, after i payed him through paypal and messaged him my details through a PM on sythe, he said he needed to restart his computer. and he wouldnt be on msn again until he had my cape ( he said that would take about an hour and 40 minutes ). after waiting for over 4 hours or so i was getting worried and took the risk of checking my account. and nothing had changed, so i went on his thread and starting posting and posting and posting. no response. and its more than a day later now and i still havent heard from him. should i post the paypal & msn screenshots already or just wait until he responds?

Xtra info : he did tell me there was some re-modling done in his home, so he could be really busy with that, but he could have at least told me he wouldnt have time to do my cape or he could've given me a refund until he had time, because this was the only paypal cash my mother would let me spend and im really getting worried. ( im absolutely sure its him a talked to on msn ) asked for PM etc.

EDIT: i took away the paypal pictures because i was not totally sure if it would be safe to show everything ( not sure what to leave out/leave there )

You'll have to provide proof that that's his MSN. I can't find a record of him using it.
