Looking For a Website Designer (High level Rs Account with 21+M as payment)

Hello, I recently posted something about getting a web designer for my parents and they did not really seem that interested in getting a website. But i actually am wanting to find a website designer for my website Th3word.com. You can read all about it on there it is a MLG (Major League Gaming) Halo 3, GoW, RSV2. I am looking for a good custom designed website. I will pay for hosting if needed just want a good website designed and set up for me.
