How to Verify Paypal using NetSpend

Read somewhere it only took 2 business days. oh well

 

It might be 2-3 business days, I'm not exactly sure. I've been verified for a while. >_<

My account is still limited..can I use the cc netspend gives me on the actual paypal?

 

You can if you are willing to supply the information that they ask you to supply (I.E: Social Security #, etc). The card itself is not use-able until activated.

Has it been business days?

4 days would have been on Saturday, which does not count.

 

For me it wasn't even business days. I applied for verification early weekend, Saturday morning, and when I got up at 6am Monday morning, the change was there.

 

It just depends on your location and the speed of how close you are to the mailing center then send it out from.

 

I'm not from USA, but I have tried it today, still not received those small payments. I'll wait 7 more days, if I won't get, then probably international people can't verify Paypal, but USA members can.

I put my country from finland and it still worked.

 

It works anywhere.

You just won't receive a card.
