Whats the benifits of having a paypal verified ?

Today , I just got my paypal verified from an online bank account which I never use. I want to do some trades with sythe members , but most of them are scammers

because they will use paypal and file a dispute and charge back money. What would be the safest way to recieving money without them filing a dispute and charging back?

 

Basically you get to send money to people and cashout money.

I think gifting works fairly well and CC works too. I've never done either, but I hear it works.

 

yeah , i'm thinking of that too . Also having the sender to use his paypal balance

 

Ask them to claim & cancel, ask them to send as gift, ask them to send as payment owed. They wont be able to charge back using the resolution center, but there are other ways and your never completely safe with PayPal.
