id listen to this guy nothing else to be said smart guy if u ask me and if it was me id get prayer first cuz its a beast ass skill and cuz very useful as he said and u dont see many with the cape and matches some random expencive cloths and ud prob have way lot left over for fm event ho its another pointless skill

 

99 Herblore without a doubt. Save some for smithing.

Herblore / Slayer / RC are best capes in my opinion.

 

Get 92 Runecrafting using ZMI then do Nature runes to 99.

 

I would personally get summoning. Why waste money on a skill like construction or herblore. Waste of money imo.

 

He wants a skill that will benefit him, not a skill just to get the cape and look nice.

Herbing is the best option in his case. He has enough to get it, and it will benefit him in the long run because he can make all of his money back in a couple of months + more.
