Help with Modeling for a private server

If anyone can help me that would be great here is the question I am trying to help my friend thank you in advanced.

When i go to add a code on my class8.java file it doesn't add it to my class8.class file. is that a problem? if it is how do i fix it. i know the items end up becoming nulls when i spawn them. if this is the issue please tell me how to fix it.

Alright Well we think we may know what the issue is but we don't know how to fix it.
