every web site traces IP.
e.g. a murder sent newspaper a printed out map of where a dead body was.
Cops found website downloaded, checked date of IP's looking at map that day and arrested him.
in one way another everything traces IP its just hard to get ahold of if ur not important

 

You may change your I.P, and make more accounts. If you obviously "hack" them, then you will still be able to log onto them.
