You learn how to type properly, and you can't sell an account with a credit card on it.

A MM = Middleman, somone like myself, Cambo, Feren Silver and various others who have alot of trust and rep. We all offer to do it free because we would rather see people get a fair trade than get scammed.

Mainly the scammers are the people who offer outragous prices and if they sell you something "cheap" it's more than likely stolen.
