Currently F2P or P2P? Obviously looking at P2P seeing the flax, though it also looked like you are using a seagull/chicken script at the moment. Go with 40 attack, get a rune scimitar and go ahead with 40 strength. A decent start.

I'd say mine and smith till aout 60, do abit of combat training then try for 85 mining, rune mining is really good money ^_^
