I tried to buy the account published in the following post [25$ Donator][30+ Vouches] Selling Staker Account [40$] I proceeded to pay in osrs gold (100m), I tried to contact the vendor for the account data and he blocked me.
I know I do not meet the requirements to get my money back but hopefully take into consideration that the person who stole from me is 7 years old in the forum and has good references.
