inferno cape purchase

okay so,
Currently my network is to slow to purchase a inferno cape from any provider i do believe.
i am moving in a few weeks 2 streets away and im setting up my own internet therefor ill have a way better connection.

Will me moving target my account for a Cape removal?
Would it be safer for my friend to do it on his ip since he helped me Build this account to where it is now? We share all accounts and we go on eachothers accounts almost on a daily basis. Hes from the UK im from Canada
Or should i play on my new ip for a little bit then make the purchase ?

 

should be safer if ur friend do it than u doing it on new location/ip.

 

id say when ur in the new spot play for like a month till you go for it

 

I think one of the infernal providers told me to wait about two months on the new ip. Similar scenario here. Might be good to attempt it on your current ip so it at least looks like you've attempted before. But probably not necessary.
