You will possibly only need a tinderbox or a bird snare. Then you gotta find a barrier (the ones that push you back because you have gone too far out). and you can either light a fire and run towards the barrier so that it pushes you or you can lay the bird snare and run into the barrier. You will have to get your victim to do this too by saying something like "its for a video i am making".
part 2
you both have to do this at the same time in order to get the 10 seconds to attack your victim. I suggest bringing your best weapon and speccing them. You can also go just outside the bank entrance and open a price checker and then run inside the bank to get the timer. your partner will of course also have to do this in order for u to attack them.
The victim also must be your level or else you cannot attack.

also if u can find someone ur level get them to use a spell on you then run into the bank and you will have 10 seconds to fight them!

Basically, this guide teaches you how to kill someone in the bank, or somewhere else that doens't allow you to go somewhere deeper, as an example at bh world, you can't go south of the yew tree place. So basically you will have th penalty thingy for 10 seconds, and that's your chance to kill the person who did the same thing as you. It's like basically luring

It does work.. His trying to say. Go w18. And to attack someone in safe area in w18; they gotta be same combat as you. So get someone same combat as you and and 1 step outside edge bank. Tell him to open price checker ( Make sure you open it too ) and close it and run into bank fast. ( Then the 10 sec time will pop up for both of you ). Now you got 10 secs to ko him.
