A key to improving sythes reputation.

1)The key would be to get more staff members for the first of all, I know the ones we have do such hard work but its understandable to not be able to get a hold of them because of the hours they spend bettering our community. Thats why I believe we should appoint more OMM's as well, although carefully chosen ones. This would mean more trades would involve official OMM's which would bring down the scam rate giving this site a better reputation in the long run. So many people I know have quit rs and spit (metaphorically) on sythe for the mere fact that they were scammed and more then likely they didn't use a OMM. The more OMM's the better chance of sucess rate in a trade. And the faster we get scammers away from the site the better the site will be.

we need more OMM and MOD but real ones 70% of the staff are inactive/...lickers i'm not going to give out any names but the staff really need an improvement.

Indeed, More active mods would be helpful, but the ones we have now that are active bust their asses, not every day, but damn near close and much appreciation towards all mod personal. I do not mean to offend you guys because I believe that you do a great job, I just believe more people like the ones we have that are active is a key necessity to building sythe a better reputation.

 

The amount of work they just get it overwhelming, we do need a few more.

There should definitely be more moderators, I agree with you there.

In the Market section anyway, there Is around 1Million posts in that forum and daily It must average atleast 1-2k posts

Yes but a lot of officials get trusted based off post count, which inlies a problem.

 

There is no easy way to get 'more OMM's'. We are changing the application to make it a bit easier to complete, but it reflects far worse on us when our MM's scam than when they are reliable but there aren't enough of them.

Mods are difficult to find as well. It has to be someone who's mature, been around a long time, and is known well enough by the majority of mods to pass the vote. When we see people who deserve a position on the staff, we promote them - voting is always open.
