Scan your computer with a trusted anti-virus (as in Avast! 4.8 home edition as example) and see if it picks up the php file on your computer, if it's not their then just don't worry about it because it can't do any harm besides save that one user name and password to their database where ever that may be. Though it's always a good idea to make sure it's still not on your computer (those types of scripts usually just send the information out, then delete itself) so like I said, make sure it's still not on your computer, follow what Skele_Master said and change your password IMMEDIATELY. You might want to check your email settings as well to check if it's YOUR email and not a hackers. Remember, stay safe. :love:
