second is a fully quested for its build 50 attack 1 def 1 prayer 99 range and strength, 94 mage and firecape. 90+ HP

both original owners are the same and is very trusted in sythe with thousands of account sales and 40k+ posts and can be proven. Basically I bought starter accounts from them and built them to sell.
