    This guy offered me 2 pins for $6, i said i only have $5.50 he agreed

    He gave you both pins after you sent the $1.50; you should have checked them before sending the rest of the payment. Since the trade was completed, he had no reason to think the trade was unfinished, and therefore, was justified to leave if he had to. Try working it out with him via PM or MSN.

    Also, the pin you had entered is not either of the ones he gave you.
