Well the solution? Instead of nerfing them, make WGS a requirement to wield.

While Guthix Sleeps, the quest that unlocks the Tormented Demons, that drop claws. For some reason, anyone with 60 attack can use the claws.

 

Oh right. I dont think they should make it a quest item. Thats a bit much.

 

Why should they not make it a quest required item? Let's see.

Dragon dagger/longsword: Lost City
Dragon scimitar: Monkey Madness
Dragon halberd: Regicide
Dragon battleaxe/mace: Heroes Quest
Dragon square shield: Legends Quest
Dragon claws: ???

 

What about dragon 2h, granite maul, hell why not make a quest for a rune scim. And dragon claws are so much money that making it a quest item would piss off many pures and other people and they would drop horribly. Not a good idea imo.

 

300k (Market Price when they came out) or 22m, which I think it's most likely gonna drop to.
