where's the best place to train 40-50 range, F2P, with 1 defence?

Lesser demons give good drops.

 

definetely flesh crawlers, there the best xp

 

I did white knights because there is almost never people there, and they are good exp. Barbarians would be another good choice.

 

barbs r good but its a pain to pick up all the arrows...

 

Minotaurs if you want free irons, and if you don't want to keep arrows go to Varrock sewers, head through the northwest path and shoot across the stream at zombies.
