I recieved an infractoin for accusing someone with out proofs.

the fact is ther are proofs i didnt link and yet i get infracted.

I thought everyone ESPECIALLY mods/admin know how to search

all I did was search the users name

The most unfair thing is I posted that and xeL said dont accuse with out proof or osmething like that cannot remember and then less than an hour later a user was scammed.

I ask to have my infraction point removed.

 

The rule states, you should not accuse someone of scamming without proof in the accusation. You didn't do that. You just called him a scammer, thus broke the rules.
