I can't create my account!

good I try to create my account and it tells me that my ip already registers a user and it is my first time here Can somebody help me?

Make sure you try registering from your home IP (as you're currently posting from a mobile IP which can be linked to several users). You can also try registering off a VPN and once you've done that make sure you post at least once from your home IP thereafter. If none of those options work, then make a new dispute from your home IP with the information required from the link below.
