What is Gold Farming?

Yeah i know its making GP to sell to other people but...


1. What is the process of gold farming?
2. Why dont most people just do this themselves to make money..

Most gold farmers tan dragon hides, make oak planks, or gather herblore ingredients.

Goldfarming is generally faster than doing something skill based and any level can do it. (It's also easily botted)

People don't do it because they're lazy and don't have the patience.

 

Goldfarming legitimately is when a person gathers mass amounts of gold by the quickest, most efficient means for their account. For example, I pick and spin flax to sell. Roughly 190 gp per piece if you spin it.

Illegal goldfarming is when someone spends copious amounts of time gathering mass amounts of money by glitches, bug abuse, or just very good methods to sell to players.

 

Mmkay, Gold Farmign is the process of gaining RSGP by means other than transferring from 1 account to the other.

1) The process used is different depending on your account's stats, the seller's methods, and of course how much RSGP you bought.

2) Nobody wants to spend 5 hours picking and spinning flax, tanning hides, etc.

 

A company will use this method, as they pay chinese kids to do it.
