Also, what items are on the account. When people are shopping around for accounts in Black Market they usually are paying for what is on the account, not the account itself.

However I have to disagree with Jethr0x, I would start this account on $150 max (without items).

I know for sure that it has zero quests, zero blackmarks, zero recovs, hes a VERY trusted account seller, gold seller, gold farmer, powerleveler on all the runescape sites, and on sythe too Used him plenty before. The acc has 99 str, and he will now get 99 range and 90 hp with SW His workers have made it entirely for selling with SW, no items whatsoever..550$ aint that much for a day :O, my mom is a shrink she makes 200$ per hour... i trade stocks... without an education. The fact that his whole account, could have been botted in soul wars, or the fact that his account is a soul war product makes it go down in value.

Him having no quests also is a huge factor that makes it go down.

Hardly having anything on his account makes the account go down a great amount.

Tell him to do quests, up to mith gloves and get some items on it. Then you will consider paying around the price he is asking.

$550 is enormous cash for account like this.
Btw, you won't really enjoy a poor account with nothing on it.
Tell him You'll pay $250 if he get's that what he promised + 5-10M
