I know this is kind of unbelievable but `Kadaj havent pay me back the $90 dollars he owed me. Back on 4/7/09 I bought a limited PP account from him and he asked me to claim and cancel. However the first C/C didnt work so i send another 90 to him. and it had been already 2 months and he havent pay me back and started to ignore my PM.
I know Chatlog are not accepted, but thats the only thing i saved and to prove that I havent receive what i owned.

I know this is a lot to read but I hope the mod will give me a reasonable judgment and make him to reply to my PM or if not, do what scammers deserved. Thanks.
