Yes....Alot of people hate the scimmy to...but the whip was the worst item that had its look updated...good thing they didnt update claws

 

I think the new whip doesn't look better then the old one but I'm just neutral about the old and new whip, Dragon Scimitar's in the other hand look like crap, Rune Scimitar looks better, .

 

Dragon scimitar looks like a toy I bought 10 years ago when I was 5.

 

Like I said earlier new whip looks horrible i mean looks like that toy u get from that one quest...Looks like somethin that would make you laugh...rather then get hurt with lol...

 

I haven't seen it yet, can someone post a picture?

It looks better than it was, Because the old whip used to look like a candy stick, But this whip looks .. Well read the other posts lol =D

 

Well, the rune scimitar sprite was modified to the last extent. It doesn't look good. Dragon longsword was made too thin. Dragon scimitar was ruined also.

The new attack animations are a complete step up. My brother wouldn't go near Runescape because of the attack animations.

 

The whip just doesn't look "scary".... As some mod said they made the update to entertain people.... it makes me laugh.

 

Dont know who this was Directed Toward to.....but i dont use Whips (whips dont ruin runescape because of their looks) I use godswords or d claws.....Anyways..Person above is right..Animations are better and more Realistic.
