How to Cut Down on The Amount of Soda you Drink!

Hi users of Sythe! This quick guide will show you how to cut down on the amount of soda you drink.

1. Spend time out of the house. Less time to get your hands on that soda, and you will eventually forget about it.

2. Start drinking less & less portions of it. Even by stopping a 1 glass a day. It will help.

3. Start to drink water. Focus more of your drinking on water, and getting used to the drink.

4. Look at some pictures on google of rotting teeth that have decayed because of soda. It will show you how bad it can be.

5. Create a schedule of only specific times you can get your hands on soda.

I suppose this could help some overweight people...Soda isn't all that bad unless you're drinking it all day everyday in which case this guide might be of some use to you. Maybe include some of those pictures of rotting teeth if you really want to get your point across. As of now, this guide is a 5/10.

I'm going to give advice to those people who do drink soda or any drink that has sugar in it. If you don't want rotting teeth, use a straw and be sure the liquid from the drink doesn't come in contact with your teeth.

ME! 2 weeks ago on holiday puked so much cause i saw how much shit was in the bottle of coke! (cheap nok off superstore brand in spain - ohwell its better to not drink anytype now)
