Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I started as a worker in StartYourIronman Discord and worked my way up to manager there. After a fairly good friendship and a lot of game play I’ve became really close friends with Partyhacks.
I asked him to help me set up my discord as he clearly has a very established discord, he was happy to do so! In return for setting up the discord I told him I’d repay him when I managed to get some work.
It didn’t really set off and after a lot of discussions with him, we decided it would be best he worked as a worker for me rather than Co-Owners. It’s too much stress and he’s very busy!
I asked him to help me set up a Bump Bot which he did and put me in touch with Dev Zach! I spent weeks trying to set it up which all clearly failed! There after he said he would trial bumping my threads for me which he did (which is seen on my threads, he bumped for 1 week before that it is only myself bumping)

I’ve tried to make it clear that it’s my discord, but that’s pretty hard to prove when you own something… To delay any confusions / try to prove it’s my discord I’ve removed all admin roles for PartyHacks to make him just a chat moderator, hopefully this will clear things up a little to show I have sole own of my discord. I’m not here to cause trouble and I’m certainly not here to cause an evasions.

most my work I deal with buying and selling gold, nothing to do with services and something StartYourIronman doesn’t even do, I sadly bumped a thread which he bumped before me which I understand puts staff in a sticky situation but it honestly had nothing to do with ownership of the server.

I’m not here to cause trouble and certainly not evade a ban. Party hasn’t spoke in my discord since March and honestly with how busy we all are it won’t change, I’m trying to show we’re two separate entities. I hope my actions to remove any manager roles from him and make him a member shows my ability to move on. I’m not trying to move around a situation, I’m not trying to pull any stops, I just want to run a simple business and buy and sell gold without any issues, hence why I’ve tried to keep myself clean all this time and solve any disputes I ever had.

I’ve sent proof of me to Andy deployed with being in the military for 3 months hence I can’t post from a home IP.

I hope this explains the lack of home IP and I hope credit can be given considering it’s a factor out of my hands being deployed…
