I'm asking service providers or people who know the price to post them here.
If you know the prices for what I've asked please post them, otherwise, your just wasting my and your time.

There's not really such thing as "going rates" when it comes to services.
Different service providers have different pricing, and they all get their pricing from different sources.
Your best bet is to contact a few different providers to get a quote, and then determine who you think is best to use.

Remember to consider things like account security and the reputation of the company/worker.

There's not really any average rates. People have high and low prices. Prices are always unstable, due to 'competitors' and many people beating prices and the client constantly switching place to get their service for a cheaper buck. And then probably in the end, the person gets scammed. Due to just going off the price, that it's cheap but not setting in the fact that reputation is also very important.
