Need MASSIVE HELP - Please Read

Okay, so Randomly, in the middle of the night, my brother says he hears a sound, comes in to my room, and tells me he's gonna check it out(I'm guessing literally).

So, he goes out, comes back a couple minutes later (i was worried), and tells me there was nothing there, but he has to relock this huge lock we have (yes we do have a huge one)

So he goes out FORGETTING HIS PHONE. On it there's a new text.

"Is ****** there yet?" * = name

I look at his last texts.

random ones, like

"5min"

"are you there yet"

"when are you coming"

and I finally see one - scares the shit out of me - "do u have condoms?"

He's 15 and I know he went out there to have sex since he took like 20 minutes.

He's getting really sick now (mind you its after it), and he doesn't know that I know.

That's only the first thing I'm worried about.

The number that txted him wasn't in his contacts, and I didn't get time to take a picture of the text as proof since he walked into the house when I went to grab my phone. The person that texted as was "coming over" wasn't his girlfriend's.

Mainly, the last thing he texted to his girlfriend was Omg I love you babe goodnight I'll miss you or something like that.

That makes me feel even worse.

He doesn't know that I know, and I probably won't have a conversation with him at 3 in the morning. Our parents don't know either.

I just want to know what to do. I have no proof whatsoever of anything, and the ONLY proof I have is in my head.

When I saw it, I panicked, and was going to tell my parents, but I panicked again and put his phone down and ran away when he came back into the house.

Again, I just want to know what to do.

EDIT: What I forgot but put that "It's not his girlfriend" thing in, was that he swore to our parent's he'd only do it after he got married.

Why does it matter what age he is? You should be happy for him. Just make sure he wacks it before he attacks it, so hes safe.

Illegal where? Not where I'm from. The only illegal sex here is if a 18 year old or older sleeps with a 17 year old or younger.

 

In most places the age for consensual sex is either 15 or 16 so it actually depends on where you are but for the girl being 13 it is illegal for her

 

Tell him, comming from a person who made that mistake. That it's the one thing i'd change if i had to re-live my life.

Explain to him that its illegal, and if he decides to piss her off one day and she yells rape... He's going to get in some trouble.

 

He already fucked her, so I guess it doesn't matter, just want to know if I should tell my parents.

The age of consent is 16, and my parents didn't know about, and I know, if they did, they wouldn't have done it in such secrecy and not in the garage, either...

He didn't hurt anyone, steal anything, break anything. It's sex, sex only. He's not 18 years old, sleeping with a 13 year old. There is only a 2 year difference. Law or not, that's dumb. People can do what the choose to their body, when they choose to do it. It's people like you who ruin the society. Two years difference in age, big deal.

He did not kill anyone, nor rob anyone, shoot anyone, stab anyone, etc. It's only sex.

And so what if he swears something to your parents? Sex before marriage is almost a must. Marriage is a serious thing, and not having sex until marriage can fuck that up.

 

I meant he didn't kill anyone or rob a store, it's the same thing, only he had sex, meaning, not he only had sex, but only, he had sex.

EDIT: I decided not to tell anyone, although I might tell him that I know, just to sort of be able to blackmail him, it also kind of bothers me it wasn't his girlfriend, meaning there is a girl that is his girlfriend, then there is the girl he had sex with as in two different persons.

It's a horny little teenager and his hormones were running wild. Most kids that age would fall under those circumstances. But yeah, talk to him about it. I fucked up my life that way. So have most of my friends.
