LOL. Yeah, I'm probably gonna wait 18 hours for my download to finish.

Well, maybe your mind is racing when you're trying to sleep. For example, if i am running around and doing stuff or on the computer and try to go to sleep RIGHT after i get done doing what i'm doing it doesn't work.

Maybe what you could do is get a tv in your room and lay down at least an hour before you want to go to sleep and watch your favorite show for an hour or more and then try and go to sleep. Your mind will not be racing anymore, and try to not think about much when trying to sleep.

Yeah, I have a 32 inch in my room, and every night I wait until midnight to watch Malcolm in the Middle for an hour and try to go to sleep.

What you have isn't insomnia... You're just addicted to technology. I, however, am an insomniac.

I sleep 2-3 hours a night (if at all), and if I don't sleep then I'll sleep 3-5 hours the next night. I will lay in bed for an hour or so every now and then and just regain some energy, but I don't fall asleep.

2 upsides to this disorder are...
    1. My line of work (free lance programming) makes not sleeping very efficient.
    2. I have these awesome black rings around my eyes that make me look quite evil.
