Need Help With PrePaid Card

Ok, so im not 18 yet and all i can get is a prepaid card, i got one from walmart and added 50 + dollars on it and i activated it...

How do i use this card, paypal refuses to add it and says it is invalid
(i tryed like 20 times)

When adding a card it has to be much like a credit card, I believe. When you add it to your PayPal Account, it'll add or deduct a small amount, and you must enter how much was taken out or added for verification of ownership. This is stricly for security purposes and to prevent fraud.

As for the prepaid card, was it a gift card from Walmart, or a pre-paid Visa card that you purchased? It sounds like it was a gift card, as you said you added money to it afterwards, but I'm not certain how pre-paid Visa's work exactly.
