Well, the problem is this; I downloaded an RS2PS off moparscape (you know the usual routine, with the extracting and whatnot). But, I tried it on my computer (I usually use my moms) and the fag client wouldn't work. I clicked "Run" and I got an error saying "'Java' is not a recognized internal or external command..."

I Googled for help, and found something from Sythe and another site, but both didn't work. I don't understand the problem. I have Java downloaded for sure, because I went to the Java website and used the "Do I have Java" application, where it will tell you if you have it or not from a little moving icon. Here are my pictures of the classpath, path, and Java versions and stuff.

So anyone know what the problem here is?

    Eww... pservers.

Probably should be in tech support, as this isn't a specificaly programming related question, but w/e.

Did you install your JDK to c:\j2sdk1.4.1_01? If not, you should probably change that to wherever you installed JDK to (I assume you set the first one correctly- so that).

If that still doesn't work, a quick fix would be to edit the batch (.bat) file to run the file using it's entire path, rather then just its name (which would force it to be in either your current directory, or your classpath)... sooo, change "Java" to something like "c:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_14\bin\java.exe" (Note: You may have to use the quote's for it to work).

    Working, now?

If Jimmy's doesn't work, right click and click edit on your client's run.bat.

Copy all of that, and paste it. I want to see it.
