I am trying to redeem a PIN and when I enter it in and click 'redeem' it keeps coming up with this:



Why is it doing this?
How can I redeem my PIN?

Contact Jagex by said above link, and include all the details of the pin that you know, and they should apply it accordingly, unless it has previously been used.

Or, make sure it's the country of where the person got the pin, and make sure it's the right thing. Like make sure your not using a PBP in a SMS window.

 

he/she already has 3 active pins for that number.

 

Did you end up getting it to work? If not pm Jagex customer support as the same thing happened to me awhile back.
