Banned without evidence

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
I have been banned without any proof, Mod banned me only because he " thinks " i am user that is already Banned and he came on this conclusion because 2 avatars had similar design.

Anything else you wish to say:I am able to record that i can make exactly same design that any other designer has which is enough good proof to prove that i have nothing with that guy.I asked mod aswell to check geo-loc.Half of designers in gfx-section have similar design and no1 is banned from them.If design are even exactly same it shouldn't be reason for ban since it's so easy to make same design that others designers have.Everyone are using same effects/transitions and literally 95% can be found free on internet.
