i have a level40ish account with 2mil on it, that i need to xfer to a level3 account with 100k, the level3 must not gain cb related levels! They are both f2p accounts

I think $15 is worth paying for this guide, but like I said the price is negotiable.

There are no requirements, so if you're asking if you can do the transfer, the answer is yes. But like I stated in my first post, it will be somewhat slower to do the xfer than if you had a lot of money. Combat levels don't matter, you won't gain any levels.
