Explanation of the trade: I ordered barrows gloves for my ironman from him on 5/07

on 5/11 i checked my account status when i went to runescapes homepage to see my account has been banned after he had gotten to 36 qp

as you can see here he say's im not entitled to a refund because of his "TOS" when he's completed a couple hours of work out of the entire job

i Informed him that a refund of 400-425m would be fair which he refuses and also provided him a message from an admin (video) stating he would have to refund me in this situation

It is at this point that he has hidden his online status on discord and claims he has stuff he has to do and will talk to staff about it later. And still refuses to refund me the money after he completed very little of the service and got my account banned. I also provided the gif of the message from video stating that he would have to refund me in this situation but he continues to refuse. and says "why I bother having a tos if it doesn’t cover these situations"

Not at all, I actually can do a gif of the entire discord showing that it wasn’t even mentioned during the transaction

 

Okay I’m on a business call at the moment on zoom as soon as it’s over I’ll send over the screenshots from start to the point I was banned. Only mention of tos was when he said I wouldn’t be refunded because of his tos

 

I sent the full conversation up to where this thread picks off from start of the ticket being opened to when i said the account was banned via sythe pm. I can also post it here if needed

 

Hey! I sure do. Told him I would check in with staff before I refund him as I do think my ToS covers situations like these.

Also said that would be later today due to irl obligations. Just grabbing my stuff for work early in the morning but more than happy to provide my side tomorrow at 2-3 pm once I’m back as I have been renovating my apartment all day and still very tired all the time because of covid. Haven’t been online from the moment that I told him I had stuff to do so think the report is a lil overdue as we agreed on another solution earlier this week and he contacted Video while I was at sleep but I guess it’s understandable.

Will get in touch tomorrow to provide all of the information I can at the time mentioned above

233 total levels gained since we started, ~28qp so I think that's a little more than a few hours of work.

Never hid my online status on discord, has been on "Inactive" since that moment and just haven't been online.

"Claims he has stuff to do" happy to provide a few pictures of my apartment atm and the receipts I got from the store yesterday to proof that I wasn't actually around. It was the first day off I had at the same time with my gf to actually do something irl, things we had planned for over a week so sorry for the wait but if I actually had the time, things would have been solved already.
Don't think it is necessary at all for me to share this but I am not fond of false accusations.
