I bought the account on a limb, planned to let it sit for 6+ months without doing anything to it. I checked it a few months ago and all was valid, I checked it yesterday and nothing worked. His recovery information was clearly false. He claims he's OO but his recovery attempt failed.

I want my $110 back, or I can get it back via Dispute once I get the okay from staff.
