Determining good music artists

While the younger generation lasts, the hip hop and R&B is going to complete crap. What I mean by that is, most (rappers) display mumbling words, drug action and whatever else lands in the category.

The main reason to this topic: Can anyone suggest some positive artist(s) with a good flow?
I cannot stand these upcoming and current hiphop / r&b / rapper(s) nowadays. Suggestions pls?

Not sure if this is something you are suited for, but I like Lil Dicky.

 

I have listened to him a few times, but I'm not a fan of lil dicky. I mainly listen to UK but open to others of course.

I'm not too sure what you mean by positive; do you want things for like kids to be able to listen to?
Here's some tracks that I quite enjoy that are hip-hop, but I'm not sure they'd all be kid appropriate, but they're at least good flows and not mumbling and shit like you mentioned.
