I "bought" this last night.

I send him the payment UPFRONT via Paypal.

At first, he denies getting the money.

I confronted him with the fact that Paypal confirmed he has, and he changes his story to "I don't want to sell it for this cheap" (Yeah, AFTER I sent the cash.)

I had to do a chargeback.

After that ordeal, I offered more. He obliged.
I told him I was using an OMM. He changed his mind.

Also, this guy has three different Sythe usernames, kinda suspicious.
