You were banned, and evaded it..should of gone through the dispute process like everyone else.

You ban evaded, you should face the consequences everyone else that does, goes through.

In all, i do like you deacon. I just don't see why the rules should be changed just for you, even if you were "banned for an unknown reason"

I did go through the dispute process, in fact, several times before I ban evaded.

The difference is that I am a respected member of the community, and have shown that I contribute . A majority of people who ban evade are: for 1) Original Rule Breakers. and 2) Not very good for the community on the whole.

I would understand your point, if I was banned for a reason. Since I wasn't, I fail to see why I should have been banned in the first place, for one, why my disputes were denied, two, and finally... why the ban evasions were even considered as rule breaking if the first two didn't make sense.

You're missing the point. Use some logic.

If 1 = true, then 2 will = true, then 3 must = true.

However, since 1 = false, then 2 will = false, then 3 must = false.

1) I was not banned for any reason, whatsoever. I was just banned because, I dunno, Matthew was annoyed or something with me. Not only was I not temp banned, I was perm banned. I was never given a reason, so I disputed, several times, before I ban evaded, and the ending result was no action.
2) I then made more accounts, however, since 1 was not true, 2 cannot be true. So, it's not ban evasion, because 1 is not valid. It is simply more accounts. If 1 were valid, then 2 would be valid, and thus...
3) Banned would remain valid. Since 1, and 2, are false however, 3 must = false. So my remaining banned was simply illogical.

And, do some history, btw. Several people have been unbanned for far worse crimes than I have . In fact, the only rule I've broken was posting porn. They all knew that, the issue was resolved etc.

It's called being professional adults, and not acting like children when dealing with matters involving other people .
