Looking for a Web Designer or a Program.

Hey Guys, Well my parents own a Sign Company. They don't design or build signs, They install them. Both my Mother and Father have been running the business for 11 years now. My Dad has been working as a Sign Installer for 25+ years. My mom does all the paperwork and my dad installs along with 20+ more workers. They recently signed up with advertising on a website that is for Sign Businesses in the Southern area and it cost around $800 a year for a small tab on the website. Which isn't bad because they have already gotten 20+ calls from them in a week. I told them that i could get them a website made way cheaper than that and they would have all control over it. So that's why im here..

Option 1:

I am looking for someone that can design me a Professional business website that will be very up to date. I need there to be a user friendly control panel for editing the information on the website.

Price: Negotiable

Option 2:

I want someone to refer me to a website design program. I know basic HTML. But if someone can refer me a very good website design program i will be very thankful!

Price: Doesn't matter.

For 800$ I would make a fantastic website O.O. They spent way too much, tbh. Two full weeks of work, whatever features you want, etc. And I'll even throw in a free domain . The problem is, however, traffic. They have to get their site out there after it's made, which is a lot of SEO, which could cost MUCH amounts of money.

i suggest using fatcow.com i use it for hosting and domains. If you have a website use them as the host, it is like 66 dollars per year. They have free partnerships with other companies that will help you with SEO and stuff. You get 50 dollars Google adword credit also.

Go to google webmaster tools to get a website on google.

I agree with dreamweaver, its one of the best progs out there. (Although I usually code my projects scratch)...
