Explanation of the trade: He was supposed to provide services for me on a HCIM, we agreed he would restart if he died, he died doing WT, he took an absurdly long time, literally in 1 month and half he got 80 agility and 80 FM and then died at 80 FM...

How they scammed: I decided I didn't want to wait years for this to be done because this user couldn't provide services within his time frame. I wanted a $135 refund to which he agreed. It's been months, I have yet to receive any refund or any response but he's active on Sythe.

@Purgeolaf what's going on here? It seems he's owed a refund. I've applied a DNT for now.

 

friend, I have not refused to pay you. I explained to him that I invested the money in advertising for the server and that is why I could not give it to him at that time.
