Infraction Dispute

Hello Moderators.

I am writing this to dispute two infractions I received after posting about how a user (murrawhip, aka darklord12345) is a scammer. I advised people not to buy anything off of him, so they might not get scammed.

I was infracted by Benwise.

The reason for infraction was accusation of a scammer without proof. I believe that this is unwarrented, because I did not see the need to add in a link, as the two people above me had already posted links to his profile. I simply added a big green sign that people would actually see, to prevent them from being scammed by this ban evader.
