This guy said he would buy my account for $30, so i said yes. He wanted the details just to make sure i wasn't scamming him then i eventually did and he said ok and he would send the money. He said he did then after 10 mins i still not received so i called him a scammer then he just logged off.

Have i been scammed?

I did the recovery thing on Runescape website and i might get it back.

For 90% you was been scammed

 

Take pictures of the conversation (Not chat logs) and post them in the report a scammer section as soon as you can.

If you were scammed, he will be banned.

You were scammed.. glad you got it back though. I suggest you keep any convo you are using to trade OPEN until the trade goes well, or if it goes back take screenshots and post them. (I suggest taking screenshots even if it goes well in case something happens).
